The Agent Policy Guardrail Builder transforms institutional payment policies into machine-readable agent runbooks, approval workflows, and hard guardrails. It is designed for governance teams preparing autonomous agents for A2A rail deployment.
How it works: Enter a free-text policy description or select from pre-built templates for FedNow, SEPA, PIX, and ACH. A deterministic parser extracts thresholds, conditions, and roles, then generates a runbook, guardrail set, approval matrix, escalation tree, and an inline SVG workflow DAG. Risk tolerance settings adjust guardrail strictness.
All logic runs as plain JavaScript in your browser — no machine learning models, no external API calls. Outputs are generated deterministically from embedded rule sets and knowledge bases.
Export: Results can be downloaded as JSON or Markdown for use in downstream workflows, agent runtimes, or audit documentation.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. No data is transmitted to any server. All inputs, calculations, and generated outputs are processed locally on your device. fetch() and XMLHttpRequest are overridden at runtime to block all outbound network calls.
