What this suite is

AINumbers.co publishes browser-based calculators, checklists, and structured-computation tools ("tools") and a machine-checkable computation-and-receipt standard ("OpenChainGraph" / OCG) that some of those tools run on. Every tool runs client-side, in your browser, on inputs you provide. Where a tool references a regulation, standard, or published rule, it is applying a written interpretation of that source to the numbers you entered - it is not consulting a live regulator, and it is not a party to any matter you may be working on.

What this suite is not

Nothing on this site is legal advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a compliance opinion, and using a tool does not create an advisor relationship, an attorney-client relationship, or any other professional relationship with Post Oak Labs. A tool's output - including any citation, threshold, or "pass/fail" style result - is a computed view of the cited source as interpreted by the tool's author as of the date shown on that result, not a determination that binds you, a regulator, or any counterparty.

Before relying on any output that cites a regulation, standard, or rule: verify the citation against the current official source text yourself, and have a qualified advisor (legal, tax, or compliance, as applicable) review the specific facts of your situation. Regulatory text changes; a tool's citation is dated to when it was written, not to the moment you read it.

No warranty

Tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Post Oak Labs disclaims liability for any decision made in reliance on a tool's output, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Zero PII, client-side only

Tools do not transmit, log, or store the data you enter - computation happens locally in your browser and nothing is sent to a server. This does not change the reliance posture above: a locally-computed result about a legal or regulatory question still needs the same verification a server-computed one would.

Exported artifacts

Any file a tool lets you export (Policy Mandate JSON, PDF, spreadsheet, CSV, Verifiable Credential, or other OCG export profile) carries this same reliance notice in its own metadata, so the hedge travels with the artifact - not only with the page you generated it from.
