MiCA Transitional-Deadline Router

Article 143(3) transitional-deadline routing for crypto-asset service providers operating under the MiCA transitional regime.

Withdrawn from service Address held for the replacement
Withdrawn from service on 22 August 2026. This page no longer computes, and the node is no longer registered on the AINumbers MCP server. The address is held for a rebuilt replacement.
Why it was withdrawn

The node routed on member-state transitional end dates under Article 143(3) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. Those dates are time sensitive, and the reference values the node carried had aged past the period they describe. The routing it produced could therefore point a reader at the wrong end date, and at the wrong file-or-wind-down answer.

A deadline router that answers confidently from aged dates is more dangerous than one that is absent, because the answer still looks current. The node was taken out of service rather than left running while a corrected version is built.

What this address does now

This URL is held. A rebuilt replacement for the transitional-deadline routing is planned to publish at this same address, so existing links, bookmarks and citations keep working and will resolve to the replacement when it arrives. Until then this page serves only this notice.

Where to go in the meantime

Two neighbouring nodes in the MiCA CASP lifecycle are still in service.

MiCA CASP Fit Diagnostic (ART-98) scopes which parts of the MiCA Title V lifecycle apply to a crypto-asset service provider.

CASP Authorization-Readiness Assessor (ART-100) scores readiness for a CASP authorization application under Articles 59 to 63.

The MiCA CASP guide sets out how the lifecycle nodes fit together, and the OpenChainGraph hub lists everything else that is in service.

For the transitional end date itself, read Article 143(3) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 together with the national implementation published by the member state concerned. Those are the sources this node was reading, and they remain the authority.
