Certified Payroll / Prevailing Wage Recomputation
Runs a caller-declared certified payroll for one week against a wage determination, recomputing whether each worker was paid at or above the required combined rate for their classification with Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act overtime applied. Where you also paste a submitted certified payroll, the two are compared worker by worker; the recomputed side is derived here from the wage determination and hours, not copied from the submission. A prime contractor verifying a sub's weekly certified payroll can run this the same way as a Section 6418 credit-transferee diligencing a developer's prevailing-wage math before purchasing transferred credits. PWA mode adds the IRC Sec. 45(b)(7)-(8) correction-payment and penalty computation for any deficiency found.

Basis: Davis-Bacon rate compliance (base + fringe) · CWHSSA 1.5x overtime on base rate, fringe straight-time · IRC Sec. 45(b)(7)-(8) correction + penalty in PWA mode · no bundled state or WD table, wage determination is your declared parameter

⚠ This is not tax or legal advice. It does not verify your wage determination or classifications against the governing DOL publication, and it bundles no 50-state or program table for apprentice ratios, you declare those parameters. A divergence against a submitted payroll is an arithmetic finding about the figures you supply. Whether any classification, correction, or penalty figure is legally or factually correct is for counsel, a CPA, the Department of Labor, or the IRS. This page computes once when you press the button, stores nothing, runs on no schedule, and retains nothing.

What this does not do
It does not forecast, project or model a scenario. It recomputes a stated payroll week and nothing else. It does not verify a wage determination or classification against the governing DOL publication, and it bundles no 50-state or program table for apprentice ratios, both are your declared parameters. It does not reassign excess-apprentice hours to the journeyman rate, and its Sec. 6621 interest figure is a simple-interest approximation, not the statute's daily-compounding convention. No WH-347 expiration date is encoded. It makes no assertion that any classification, correction, or penalty figure is legally or factually correct, and it is not tax or legal advice.
