ART-562 · Model-Risk Lineage Pack

Compile Model Risk Lineage Pack

Compiles a model's current model-passport-lifecycle (inventory tier, outcome analysis, validation status) and model-validation-cycle (replication diff, test battery) artifacts, cited by execution_hash and never recomputed, into one BCBS 239 SS II / RDARR-shaped bundle, so a reviewer sees one document that traces every SR 26-2 assertion back to the artifact that made it. Each of the five stages is optional individually; a caller may not have every stage yet, and the pack reports which stages are cited and which are absent, never fabricating a missing one. Zero-stages-cited is a legitimate empty state, not an error.

Citation Bundle, Not a Recompute Stages Optional, Absence Honest Not a Validation Opinion

What this does NOT prove
This pack cites the five referenced receipts by execution_hash; it does not re-run the model, re-derive the outcome analysis, or itself opine on validation sufficiency, since that opinion, if any, belongs to the cited art-453/art-489 artifacts, never to this bundle. It performs no lookup against a live artifact store and does not itself verify that a cited hash corresponds to a real, still-valid upstream artifact. SR 26-2 (superseding SR 11-7, effective 2026-04-17) scopes this pack to conventional quantitative models only; it makes no claim about gen-AI or agentic-AI systems. BCBS 239 and RDARR references below are informative context only. A restated bundle cites the prior artifact's execution_hash via the standard OpenChainGraph supersedes field: no separate status registry.

Provenance
The declared model_id, as_of_date, and every supplied stage reference are digested together into this artifact's execution_hash. A restated bundle for the same model and date is a new artifact that cites this one's execution_hash via the top-level supersedes field: there is no reverse link and no status registry; supersession is discoverable only from the newer artifact.
⚠ DECISION-SUPPORT DRAFT. Not a validation opinion, not a model re-run, not a regulatory filing. Every stage reference is supplied and asserted only.
