E-Invoice Transmission Receipt Builder

Terminal node: composes the format-validation gate, VAT-arithmetic gate, and routed mandate into one hash-anchored receipt bound to the as-transmitted document digest (and, for hybrid Factur-X, the embedded XML digest separately). Proves the invoice you transmitted was format-validated and its math checks. Carries the SPEC.md §27 pre-transmission release gate (review_required, VAT-signer role) and rejected-batch override path (emergency_override with an evidence bundle); schema-only until HA-RETRO-1 builds the enforcement consumer. Never certifies tax compliance, legal validity, or clearance-platform acceptance. Zero network.

Scope
Terminal node of the einvoice-validation-pipeline chain (art-293→294→295→296). Not legal or tax advice: proves that validation was run, not that the invoice is compliant. See einvoice-validation-pipeline chain.

Copy this paragraph into Claude, OpenClaw, or any MCP-aware agent to run this exact tool, with this sample, and verify the artifact.

Run the AINumbers MCP tool `build_einvoice_transmission_receipt`. Task: Build a hash-anchored receipt proving a specific e-invoice's transmitted bytes were format-validated and VAT-arithmetic-checked, with the routed mandate attached.
Call it with arguments: {"policy_parameters":{"document":{"document_sha256":"aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa","embedded_xml_sha256":null,"format":"xrechnung"},"format_validation":{"structural_completeness":true},"vat_verification":{"consistent":true},"routed_mandate":{"regime_country":"FR","applicable_format":"factur-x_or_ubl","mandatory_from":"2026-09-01","phase_status":"mandatory","transmission_channel":"PDP","table_version":"einvoice-mandate-table-2026-07-13"}}}
Verify before trusting: call `verify_execution_hash` on mcp.ainumbers.co (https://mcp.ainumbers.co/mcp) with the parameter `claimed_hash` set to the returned `execution_hash`, passing the full artifact the run returned (the object containing `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` + `execution_hash`; equivalently `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` with `claimed_hash`), not the bare hash string.
