In-House Bank Interest Allocation

Allocates overnight interest for notional pooling (pro-rata on pool net balance) or zero-balance account (ZBA) sweep structures. Applies ACT/360, ACT/365, or 30/360 day-count. Computes per-member gross interest, withholding tax deduction, and net interest payable. OECD transfer-pricing arm’s-length rate per OECD TP Guidelines 2022 Chapter X (intra-group financial transactions). Produces an auditable IHB interest statement.
