Life Illustration Self-Support Test

Runs the NAIC Model Regulation 582 §8C self-support test at years 15 and 20, and the §8D lapse-support prohibition check. A policy illustration passes when the projected account value remains non-negative at both checkpoints under the illustrated assumptions (ASOP 24). Combine with RBC action level (art-254) in the life illustration workflow.
