DTC / ComposerX Context
DTCC DTC serves as the primary U.S. CSD for tokenized Treasury securities. ComposerX DAML smart-contract templates must cover issuance, corporate actions (coupon/interest), and redemption lifecycle events for full DAML lifecycle conformance. Fed-eligibility requires CUSIP classification as UST/T-Bill/T-Note/T-Bond. DvP settlement readiness requires both DTC custody linkage and Fed eligibility.
